About Us

With over 17 years of experience, Dallas Wood is a licensed real estate broker and general contractor in Arizona. A KB-1 General Contractor since 2010, Dallas has overseen multiple multifamily and senior apartment community builds and remodels, in addition to his extensive background with multifamily property and facility maintenance. He has taken several courses and seminars in a wide range of topics such as inspector standards.

A resident of Flagstaff since 1984, Dallas is married to his high school sweetheart and together have two sons. Outside of work, he enjoys hunting and fishing.

Patrick Du Pont has been in remodel and construction management for over 15 years. He's overseen projects of all sizes from half-bath remodels to a full restoration of an 18th century historic-registry home. He specializes in bathroom and kitchen remodels as well as exterior maintenance and upkeep. He enjoys bringing a client's vision to life. 

Born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada, Patrick has lived in Arizona for five years with his wife and three kids. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, especially hiking around northern Arizona.
